1. Digital & Virtual Nature of Services
All products and services offered on the Site (including Bazi reports, naming evaluations, dream interpretations, and blessing lantern displays) are intangible, virtual digital services. Once payment is processed, the system immediately consumes server resources to generate your analysis or display your digital blessings.
2. No-Refund Policy
Due to the instant delivery nature of digital goods, all successfully processed payments are final and non-refundable, except as provided in Section 3 of this policy. Please review and verify all input details (e.g. birth dates, spelling of names, wishes) carefully before finalizing your payment.
3. Technical Failures & Exceptions
If you experience a technical failure during or after payment, we will gladly assist you:
- Delivery Failure: You were charged but the report failed to generate, and attempts to retrieve it under history result in error;
- Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same custom request due to connection issues.
If any of the above occurs, please send an email to our support mailbox with your Order ID, Stripe Payment Receipt, and Account Email. Once verified, we will manually generate and deliver the report or process a full refund to your original payment method (Alipay, WeChat, or Card) within 1-3 business days. Funds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
